General Terms and Conditions for Concierge services and Medical Tourism

• 1. Existing clients can avail 20% discount on our fees for their next visit or for any of their your close family members.
• 2. We will make honest endeavours to facilitate the clients and their relatives in availing hassle free best medical support and facilities. However, we won't be liable for any delays or losses relating to appointment, consultation, treatment, admission, discharge, medicine delivery, etc. occurring due to the reasons beyond our control.
• 3. 100% of the fee will become due upon confirmation of availing services by choosing any of the packages offered and it shall be non-refundable.
• 4. Doctor’s consultancy fees, all diagnostics, medicines and other expenses will be payable by the patient directly to the hospital, clinic or service provider.
• 5. Out of pocket expenses and other incidental expenses will be charged on an actual basis. Clients will be responsible to reimburse all the expenses borne by us with respect to above said services.
• 6. Insurance claims settlement / reimbursement are subject to approval by your insurance company and we won’t be responsible for any disapproval of claim by your insurance company.
• 7. 24x7 care for platinum package includes assistance in person during our business hours and thereafter telephonic support will be provided.
• 8. Medicines delivery at a discount is applicable only at the time of pre and post hospitalisation and not while taking treatment at the hospital.
• 9. Patient or Patient's next of kin hereby indemnifies Onestop Medical Tourism and its respective officers, directors, agents, employees, against any and all claims, losses, unforeseen death, costs (including attorneys’ fees) and damages arising out of any direct, indirect, incidental, economic, special, punitive or consequential damages, whether for breach of this contract, negligence or under any other cause of action.
• 10. All the information provided by the client shall be kept confidential and we confirm that no information/ documents provided by the client shall be used for any other purpose other than as per the scope of services rendered by us.
• 11. Service provider reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
